Abstract

An empirical study of the impact of the Woolf Reforms on pre-action behaviour with particular attention being paid to the impact of pre-action protocols on the cost, quality, speed and culture of the early stages of disputes pre- and post implementation in personal injury, medical negligence and housing disrepair cases.
