Abstract

Knee hyperextension during gait is a common abnormality following stroke. The siliconCOACH movement analysis software has been developed to enable joint angles to be determined from a digital image taken from a video. The aim of this study was to determine the pattern of knee joint angles during the stance phase in stroke patients.
